FollowJ Basketball is in partnership with Athletes in Action (AIA) – International Coach Connect, a respected global sports organization dedicated to developing athletes and coaches through leadership, mentorship, and character-driven coaching. Through this partnership, our academy benefits from: Professional Coaching Development Our coaches receive access to international training methods, leadership workshops, and proven development programs used by top basketball institutions worldwide. Mentorship & Character Growth AIA provides guidance that builds discipline, integrity, teamwork, and strong personal values—helping our players grow both on and off the court. Global Sports Network The partnership connects FollowJ Basketball to a wide network of international coaches and mentors, opening doors for athlete exposure and continuous improvement. USA Training Opportunity Players who complete three years of training at FollowJ Basketball become eligible for a special pathway to travel to the USA and train directly with Athletes in Action. This gives our athletes access to advanced development, new environments, and international basketball standards.
